Council Nomination Form: To find out about all the exciting things our school council has been involved in this year check out our School Council page. If you wish to become a voting member of the school council simply click on this link for a .pdf version of the nomination form. Hand in your completed form to the school office or any council member and you will be gladly welcomed. School council is happy to accept new members at any time of the school year.
Please note that it is not required for anyone to become a member to attend the monthly meetings. School Council encourages all parents to come to as many meetings as they can to stay informed and voice their opinions on what is happening at our school.

Pizza Order Form: As a lunch option we offer Pizza lunches every Thursday. Cheese or pepperoni pizza slices from Mr. Mozerella Pizza are delivered directly to the school. Please see order form for more information and costs.

Sub Order Form: Sandwiches from Subway are a lunch option offered for Tuesday lunches. Please see order form for more information and costs.

Phone Book Form: At the beginning of each school year we offer the option of listing your child/chilren's names and home phone numbers along with their classmates' in a Berrigan Phone Book which is distributed exclusively to Berrigan families in order to facilitate contacts for play dates, homework help etc. Participation is entirely voluntary.
