Original Birth Certificate
Record of Immunization
Proof of Residence e.g. Driver's License, or copy of rental lease

If your child was not born in Canada, please bring a copy of the Record of Landing

*Due to other school business, we are unable to accept registrations before 9am.

Registrations will be accepted throughout the week from 9am - 2pm. Parents will have an opportunity at the time of registration to request a morning or afternoon class. The date and time of registration has no bearing on your request.  It will be taken into account, however, there are no guarantees.  There are many factors taken into consideration when we place children in classes.
